🏒 EAT RITE HOCKEY NITE! WIN 4 TICKETS!

EAT RITE HOCKEY NIGHT GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and eligibility
Sponsor: Eat Rite Foods, 1 Delaware Rd, Buffalo, NY 14217
Open to legal residents of New York State age 18 or older at entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate household family members, and persons administering the giveaway are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Promotion period
Entries open Thursday, October 22, 2026, and close Friday, November 6, 2026, at 9:59 a.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor’s records determine timely receipt. The random drawing is scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
3. Three ways to enter
A. Automatic pre-order entry: Each qualifying Eat Rite Foods pre-order placed during the promotion period earns one entry, automatically, when associated with an identifiable customer. Canceled, fraudulent, or refunded orders are excluded.
B. Social comment challenges: Sponsor may publish official “Eat Rite Hockey Night” promotional posts on its Facebook and Instagram accounts. An entrant receives one entry per designated post by submitting a qualifying response to that post’s stated comment prompt during the promotion period. Multiple comments on the same post do not earn additional entries. Tagging friends and sharing posts are welcome but are not required and do not independently earn entries.
C. Free online entry: Visit eatritefoods.com/promotions and submit the Eat Rite Hockey Night entry form. Each valid form submission earns one entry. No purchase or social media account is required. Entrants may use this method to obtain all ten permitted entries.
4. Entry limit and equal treatment
Maximum TEN (10) total entries per person across all entry methods combined. Entrants may use any combination of pre-orders, social challenges, and free online submissions, including ten online submissions without purchase. All eligible entries have identical odds in the drawing regardless of entry method. Sponsor may consolidate records reasonably determined to belong to the same person and exclude entries above the cap. Automated, fraudulent, or bot-generated entries are prohibited.
5. Prize
One (1) winner receives FOUR (4) admission tickets to the Buffalo vs. Tampa Bay hockey game scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, 2026. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500.00 total. Parking, transportation, meals, lodging, and other costs are not included. Prize is nontransferable except as Sponsor permits and has no cash alternative. Tickets remain subject to issuer and venue terms; game details may change.
6. Drawing and notification
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on November 6, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using available entry information. Winner must respond within 24 hours of attempted notification and satisfy eligibility verification; otherwise Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Ticket transfer details will be coordinated directly with the confirmed winner.
7. Public announcement
Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner on its official social media accounts using first name, last initial, and hometown (for example, “Allan H. from Kenmore”). Winner announcement timing may depend on verification.
8. General conditions
Sponsor may reject entries that violate these rules or compromise the promotion, and may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if technical failure, fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control undermine its integrity, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries caused by technical failures. Sponsor decisions concerning eligibility and administration are final to the extent permitted by law.
9. Platform disclaimer
This giveaway is administered by Eat Rite Foods and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility arising from the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
10. Personal information
Personal information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages; any marketing opt-in must be separate.
